Our team regularly advises clients from a variety of sectors on a diversity of legal and regulatory matters. Within that context, we have developed a strong relationship with the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabian (“MISA”), the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (“SAMA”), the Ministry of Commerce (“MoC”), the Capital Markets Authority (“CMA”), the General Authority for Competition (“GAC”), the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (“SDAIA”) the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (“SFDA”), as well as other ministries and government agencies. We also routinely assist our clients in public procurement bids.

Sample of our experience:

• Assisted on a successful bid to the Royal Commission for Al Ula in relation to an assignment to prepare and advise on a new regulatory structure for the sports and entertainment sector in the province of Al Ula

• Assisted on a successful bid to the Royal Commission for Al Ula in relation to an assignment to prepare and advise on a new regulatory structure for the healthcare sector in the province of Al Ula

• Advised banks and financial institutions on a variety of regulatory matters, including setting-up, securities regulations and cryptocurrency regulations

• Extensively advised an international consultancy firm on public procurement matters

• Advised a higher education institution on regulatory aspects relating to its operations

• Advised pharmaceutical companies on the licensing and marketing of their products in Saudi Arabia
