Our firm was established in 2009 by Mr. Bander Alnogaithan, who has a Bachelors of Law from King Abdulaziz University, a Masters of Law from both, Harvard University and Boston University, and a deep knowledge of the KSA’s legal world. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Alnogaithan served at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (“SAMA”), was appointed by the Saudi Council of Ministers as a member of “The Committee for Resolution of Insurance Disputes and Violations”, and has practiced with tier 1 international law firms.

Our firm is strongly rooted in KSA, and our clients include private clients, as well as privately and publicly held domestic and multinational corporations, to whom we provide the highest caliber of contentious and non-contentious legal services, as per the most stringent international standards.
