We also have extensive experience advising clients in the preparation of bids, negotiation of contracts, the compliance with the terms of contracts and the resolution of disputes.

• Extensively advised real estate developers in relation to the development and execution of their projects

• Assisted on a successful bid to the Royal Commission for Al Ula in relation to an assignment to prepare and advise on a new regulatory structure for the sports and entertainment sector in the province of Al Ula

• Assisted on a successful bid to the Royal Commission for Al Ula in relation to an assignment to prepare and advise on a new regulatory structure for the healthcare sector in the province of Al Ula

• Represented and advised construction companies in infrastructure project bids (e.g. telecommunication, sewage, urban planning, transport), as well as in the negotiation of such contracts

• Advised Saudi investors in relation to their dispute with the Republic of Egypt resulting from the expropriation of lands included in their touristic resort in Egypt, and the withdrawal of building permits. Also advised them in relation to the presentation of their claims against the Republic of Egypt before the ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes)

• Extensively represented real estate developers in disputes, whether litigation or arbitration, with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
