Our team advises clients in relation to a variety of their financing needs; including project, asset and equity financings. We advise clients on the full range of banking and financial transactions, including secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, rescheduling and restructuring, as well as loan transfers.

  • Represented a syndicate of Saudi Arabian and regional banks on the Islamic (Murabaha) financing of an expansion to a petrochemical plant in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) owned by one of the world's most integrated and reliable global producers of methanol and derivatives 

  • Represented a syndicate of Saudi Arabian banks on a limited recourse project financing of one of the tallest and most prestigious mixed-use office, condominium, hotel and shopping mall towers in KSA

  • Represented a syndicate of Saudi Arabian banks on a limited recourse project financing of a mixed-use development in Jeddah comprised of an exclusive social club, sports facilities, thalasso-balneo center, hotel, shopping mall and marina

  • Represented a syndicate of Saudi Arabian and regional banks on the limited recourse project financing of a methanol plant at Al-Jubail, involving an International Petrochemical Company as lead developer and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund as a public sector lender.

  • Represented a syndicate of Saudi Arabian and international banks on the limited recourse project financing of a butanediol plant

  • Represented a multinational banking firm based in Saudi Arabia in its capacity as placement agent on the private placement of equity in a new special-purpose Saudi Arabian project company formed for the construction, development and management of a mixed-use development in Jeddah

  • Advised a leading regional BNPL service provider in the Saudi aspect of its USD 440,000,000 lending facilities from a syndicate of regional and international lenders secured by a variety of pledges
