We also provide comprehensive capital markets services; particularly in debt and equity capital markets, derivatives, structured finance and initial public offerings (“IPO”), whether under the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul, the main market) or NOMU (the parallel market). We are also highly experienced in advising management and shareholders in their reorganization, recapitalization and restructuring efforts, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings.
